Last month, the United States Supreme Court issued a unanimous ruling on Environmental Protection Agency Clean Water Act enforcement. SUNY Buffalo Law School and the Baldy Center for Law and Social Policy will host a free conference open to the public on the future of wetlands regulation on Thursday, April 26, with a 2 p.m. panel featuring Damien Schiff, Principle Attorney for the Pacific Legal Foundation who made the successful Supreme Court argument, as well as other experts who will discuss the future of environmental enforcement after that case. The conference will continue with wetlands experts and activists all day Friday.
