Shannon Dougherty, the Great Lakes Watershed Coordinator at NYS Department of Environmental Conservation will give a presentation.  NYS DEC is working on finalizing a comprehensive Action Agenda for New York's Great Lakes basin and they would like feedback from member-groups of the WNY Environmental Alliance.
