PPG Co-Director Sam Magavern and a team of 15 UB Law students will present an overview of poverty and poverty-fighting efforts in Buffalo along with 15 policy recommendations, covering topics such as public schools, county welfare programs, the NFTA, refugees, and tax foreclosures.
